Social Security at US Taxpayers' Expense

Shelly: I don't like when we get a hurricane warning or tornado warning, it doesn't say brought to you by National Weather Service at US taxpayers expense. Social security provides services for parents who have kids with disabilities and are struggling with that. So I think probably there'd be an easy way to have that stopped if somebody could find out where to originated and responsible for recording these messages. Yeah, great project for your staff there.
