There are certain things in JavaScript that can be looped over, but do not have all of the array methods. The two most common ways to turn an iterable into an array is you create an array literal square brackets and then use the dot dot dot name of the array or name of the iteration. And then the other way is using array dot from and you pass it your actual variable.
