Community Addition, Not Subtraction
The tension between while all us have, which is that innate sense to tribe, in the need for community, sometimes can be very, very fraught. Convene people who disagree with you. Listen to them. Don't assert your idea of what their motives are. Do it in a way that is intended to community addition rather than subtraction. And so even as we train people, we never tell them what to focus on. But here is what you need to do.
