Much of your writing has expressed the importance of diversity and inclusion in creating knowledge. Can you just discuss with the audience why this is so valuable? Well, it's a fellow named Scott Page who wrote this wonderful book on cognitive diversity. He also wrote a book on teams recently on teams and the team advantage in cognitive diversity. That's just one sort of diversity. But let me mention that one because it's less, it's not as well known.
