Agile - Is There Any Positive Practices in Waterfall?

There's a little bit of hes heisenberg uncertainty principle around sotfor processes. The only thing that i think would be appropriate, or the only places would be appropriate for waterfall, in my opinion, are projects where budget isn't necessarily a concern. But when we start talking tof the agile stuff, the reality isi spectrum, and very few projects are going to be either either extreme pole.
