The Transition Period Has Been Made
There was always going to be that period of transition for England. I think they've actually transitioned things unbelievably well. The trip to Pakistan, the level of success has really galvanised England as a team and they've turned up to Australia with the most informed team in the tournament. One unfortunate bump in the road has been the injury to Rhys Toply. On a personal level that's so disappointing for him with all of the back problems he's had. How it's managed within the setup completely can determine the outcome.
