Entrepreneurship Is 100% About Making Decisions With Incomplete Information

The reasons why the best employees might dislike their job could be diverse and complex, but two reasons that I notice are:

#1: Indecisiveness from above - a boss that doesn’t make decisions or take quick action. #2: Being surrounded by C players - colleagues who drag others down and coast along at work.
