I think the risk is that we go even higher. Even perhaps the 6% maybe not by the end of this year, but maybe early next year because what they're doing is not working. What happened in March was a liquidity problem. So, from my perspective, I don't think higher capital requirements is necessary. And so, I also don't think that banks lack capital today.
