Drink a drink that's the same temperature as your body, then you know you're taking in enough water to keep yourself hydrated. How do we keep pets cool? It depends what kind of pet you're talking about, isn't it? I mean, my fish, i think i am, is actually quite worrying,. because the water ature rises quite high for a gold fish, and we really struggle to keep it down.
