If someone wanted to go through and execute this on their own, what would be the three step process or whatever the number of steps? So I would say the first thing would be those surveys. Having that onsite survey isn't as necessary as opposed purchase, but it's really valuable to understand a user that didn't make the purchase. The second thing is after you have that, it'll give you a little bit more of a framework to the customer stop process,. And then diving into reviews. If you don't have a lot of reviews on your own product, you can look at a competitor's product, look at their reviews.
