How Important Is It for Someone to Get a Good Roll Model?

Mentoring is the sweet spot for me. I feel like we are here on this planet too to serve and help each other. It's part of the reason why i do so much in the mentoring space, both with young leaders coming up through my commercial real state industry. These are the people that are going to be in the drivers seat of leadership,. And the more that we can do to set them on a good path, the better off we'll be when they're taking care of us right.
