When you look at when you bought this business a couple of years ago, debt was a lot cheaper than it is today. How has the change in level of interest rates changed how you're thinking about growth? I think we've also exerted a lot of discipline around the types of deals we're doing as well. And one of the things that we think can create superior returns over the long run is being able to invest in fundamentally high ROI opportunities.
