How to Deal With Malware on File Uploads
If you're passing a file through a proxy service, that malware could potentially be into your system and then pass through. OOSP has a whole cheat sheet on how you deal with malware in the context of file uploads. One of the things is you want to ensure that, well, essentially to deal with files, you kind of have to have or malware, you have to have the entire content of the file. You could just stream it to like temp storage or what you could do. But ultimately, you can't really build a system that does that within the request response cycle because a request and a response has to be quick.
