The Markets Are OK With Banking Turbulence
Markets closed near their highs of the day adding to yesterday's Big Rally. The major indices all positive for the week. For all of April, the S&P Dow and NASDAQ all up in three of the last four months. "It does seem like the markets are okay with banking turmoil," he says.
