Kissinger: Xi Jinping is adapting Chinese policy to his need. He will adjust its policy to the conduct of the surrounding world, Dr Kissinger says. If he perceives that the West is weak or indecisive then he will be more difficult to deal with - but he's quite capable as he has now shown. How long will that last? That depends in part on our conduct and whether we can make clear that we are against hegemony by any group, but we don't insist on hegemony for ourselves. The technology has reached a level, and combined with artificial intelligence makes it more a war between major high tech state, and the rights in its suicidal joint effort.
