Would You Most Trust a NPC to Always Have Your Back?

Which NPC would you most trust to have your back from either game show, movie or whatever? I'm assuming earth is totally fucked at this point. If we're that far in the future, there's no way earth is a place to have. It's not going great. So I don't see 300 years in the future earth going real good. Would it give it a while to figure it all out first? Let someone else be the explorer and then I'll go once it's safe. Well, kind of a timid answer, but I'll accept it.
