I think when we stop failing and trying, we've really lost our curiosity. Like you said, users don't know what the problem is exactly. They can't explain it. That's really our jobs to do that. I see more and more UX designers that are kind of frustrated because they want the business to do things they want. Do you think there's a lack of empathy among designers for their businesses? Yeah, I think sometimes, not everywhere, but sometimes I have the feeling there is.
