Just because it doesn't exist physically, t doesn't mean it doesn't have value. I think intellectual property rights are widely accepted ther way. One has to focus on the narrow legal issues first. We may still make a judgment that says that the coin is actually not fulfilling the requirements of his famic law,. But it is actually a lot better than the thing we're using at the moment, which is the fear money system. The issue comes back to what i said earlier, trying to cure a problem byit can lead to even bigger problems.
