The Decree of Lacan

Lacan's decree is widely recognized as one of the most innovative psycho analytic works after Freud also in the 20th century. He was giving yearly seminars for 30 or 35 years, all oral teaching. His writings are often seen as more technical and obscure than his seminars. They have this aura about them of a sort of dense impenetrability.
