Do You Think That the Mine Set Is a Factor in the Score?

Ryne: Do you think that maybe the mine set that they have between declaring for the draft and crepping for the draft, that maybe the score is a little lower than it might be under different circumstances? I mean, i don't know. Sir wrighte when we think about personality data that we gather at hogan, there two really broad categories of reasons that people take a personality assessment. And we do know that there are differences in scores based on assessment. But for the most part, i think we're capturing something that is really representadive how these people want to be seen, even outside of this kind of context.
