Is It a Critique of the Media?
I feel like implicit in your response is a critique of media. Adam Grant, who was also an author and has been on my podcast,. And I wonder if you have a further thought on this. The media spends a lot of time focusing on the extremes. Marjorie Taylor Greene's a good example. She grifts and she gaslights. There's no good faith argument to be had there. But her extreme views are no longer that extreme because they're actually mainstream in one of our two main political parties.
