Reduce Your Food-Related Emissions

Children have options at the moment. Some are flexitarian, which means they eat a little bit of meat in a broadly balanced and mixed diet. Vegetarians don't eat meat products, and then vegans don't eat any animal products at all. And each of these come with different economic costs on savings and different climate costs and savings, don't they? Yes, very much so. Colleagues and I calculated that changes to more plant-based diets could massively reduce the food-related emissions footprint on a per person level.
