I wrote a book alled who's got your back that really talks about how small groups of people can transform each other's lives. There is a wonderful phrase in a programme called alcoholic sanonymous, which is what dali lama said was god's gift humanity for the last 200 years. And we have done such extensive research that some one having the value of that at their finger tips makes them more valuable themselves. I actalym an intravert, but i've learned to be an extravert through practice.
