How to Slow Down Your Longevity Gene

We can't edit a sort of single longevity gene from your perspective. They don't exist. There's no real evidence to suggest activating certain ones is helpful. So what can we do with our time and our money to act on this decline and try and slow this decline down? Physical activity, nutrition, sleep, water as your main hydration. I'm all for coffee. You know, I function better when I eat in the morning, probably shouldn't eat too late. But if you're sleeping, at night, then there's a fast in every single day. Right.
