Pascal: A report says China is out-basing the US in 37 out of 40, 40 critical technology research areas. If this is a reality, then we're going to have some challenges in the West if they want to stay the most powerful nation in the world., he said. Pascal: I think for the US, it's huge challenges coming up. And what I always find fascinating is that when you read a lot of these texts in the Western media, or on chat rooms like GBT and so on, there are all these stories about chatting with Chinese people.
