As a sport psychologist I would look towards complex learning theory we have spoken about this on a sportsite show before social constructivism cognitive constructivism which all suggests that from an educational standpoint player involvement if we're talking about sport is important. The importance of relationships can't be overplayed and it has the potential to greatly inform this model, he says.
