The child tax credit had a huge an back, but it's not been made permanent. So many were hopeful that was possible. I don't think the idea of providing resources for child care is going away. I think it just might happen in a different form. And i do hope it's permanent. Because if we are serious about making sure we can take care of kids, it can't be just in crisiss or just when something bad happens.
