How to Set Intentions for the Full Moon

With new moons, people like to see this as the start of something. It's also a magic rumor to be at its weakest point. A lot of witches will like to set their intentions during this time and then use them later in the week when they're more powerful. For me, I personally like to do my big spells at this time as I'll get a little more like such. But ultimately, it's what works for the individual witch.
