Is More Better When It Comes to Exercise?

When i ran through new zealand, and i was running 500 kilometers a week, i got fetter. My whole mones went downtehe shato,. All these things are, like, we think that the more we train,  more is always better when it comes to exercise. Sometimes more is just more. And often to af your sleep, your prideo, more is wors for sure. Like you don't, you don't really odo any exercises. Stay active until you've recovered, and then you can exercise again.
