When i started in this business, if you had a product that had ten thousand users, you were one of the most popular products in the world. Now we have web sites and products and services that are used by millions and in some cases, billions of users to day. We think we know how to use technology better, but then we watch somebody struggle with trying to understand a notification that came into their phone. And suddenly realize maybe we're not as good att the stuff as we think we are.
