Is It an Error or an Errant?
We like the edges of this polarity for the same reason the chrystological controversies of the third and fourth century were like, jesus was only god, or he was only man. And so we have to be careful we don't do the same thing with the word of god. Sometimes a we can try to fit it in boxes that we've created that is not what it's trying to do. When we do that, we make it look and appear errant and contradictory and sinful, even when it isn't.
