I feel like there's certain stigma attached to it or certain beliefs around it that make it hard to initiate. Can you talk a little bit about how you talk to patients about insulin? I had a great mentor who told me that starting insulin is not because the patient failed to do what they're supposed to, it's because their beta cells are failing to do whatthey're supposed to. As type 2 diabetes progresses those beta cells which are being attacked by fat that's invested in the pancreas are losing function and as they lose function you can't support them with all the other non insulin medicines.
