I was 21 when I came to Nice, the day I went to Nice, it was 21, on my 21st birthday. And he said, well, you're too old to get into the music class,. Too old to get in percussion class and that they would take somebody for the percussion classes 15 years later. So what do I do? They said, we're going to make you a teacher. He said, Well, you play modern drums. The only thing that we teach in this conservatory is classical music. We don't treat, they don't teach meat and potatoes drums. Like, and we got a lot of young kids who want to learn to play like burn a
