A question in the stronger by science facebook group by matias asked if i could address or summarize the topic of body fat set points. I'm going to link to a paper that gives some really exceptional definitions and explanations of these pics. A, there is the kind of classical set point theory. And so theoretically, you know, if your body was wired to protect a particular point, or if we're being generous, a range of body fat. Then once you start getting lower than that range,  you would theoretically either reduce energy expenditure or increase energy intake and get back into that range.
