How Many Traders With Seven Points?
In the early days, you would bring in traders on college campuses of recent graduates. We didn't want to bring in someone that was overly experienced, that's not going to hear our way. Now we're probably better selective and better screening than we used to be. And as it stands today, how many traders with seven points? We're still at around that 30 to 40 range.
