The Impact of Climate Change on Coffee
Two billion cups of coffee are consumed around the world every day. Almost a quarter of the daily amount is drunk by America. Coffee is sensitive and it requires a very delicate mix of sun, of shade, of heat as well as temperature. We're seeing with increasing temperatures that growing areas are going further up land which presents important challenges.
