How to Use Writing and Publishing as the Entry Point Into Career Design or Job Crafting
When I created the first version of our navigate process in 2017, I made a very deliberate decision to use writing and publication as the entry point into this career design or job crafting process that I'm talking about. And there's a couple of reasons for this. One is that the effects of not designing your career or being resigned to the overwork are that you aren't publishing. So many of the moves that you have to make in our career design process, you can make by centering writing. To get publications out, you need writing time. It needs up-leveled time management and project management skills.
