How to Plan for the Future of Postgres

With the effort to impact matrix, basically anyone could suggest a project to work on. The team would discuss where it goes on this two dimensional graph and how impactful is it to customers or if it was internal facing to the team. And my experience was that often it was kind of surprising where stuff ended up. But laying that out just creates a high level understanding and a conversation on the team that I think you wouldn't be able to have in a plain text list.
