How Do We Read a Paper Differently?

When we're reviewing, rather than thinking about this, the author being a comudgingly old, gray-beard, I have that bring more of an attitude of generosity and assume that this is a young researcher. And if we orient to that frame, how do we read the paper differently? Right. You know, because the double-blind does depersonalize it in good ways, as you said,. But in depersonalizing it falls foul of some of the same issues with social media that we've sort of got this distancing from other people.
