At 25% VO2 max, you're not even touching a glycogen. At 85%, it's probably 70% or something is carbohydrate and 30% fat. There is an increased anaerobic contribution as you go up. But this is still almost entirely aerobic. The same thing happens for every single change in power output that we have.
