The financing of this migrant caravan through North Africa and in through areas around the Mediterranean, this is by design. They were handing out printed materials like pamphlets to these people that was written in a variety of languages. The fact that you woke up on a Tuesday and decided today is the day that I get the fuck out of this country because I am going to get blown up, that's random. But they've got a plan for these people. It's not accidental and it's not random. It's being orchestrated. That is what has been fueling this in Europe.
