In many states, it's a zip code system. So your kid goes to whatever zip cot, the school whatever is in your zip cote. And so this leads to this kind of balcanization of parents buying more expensive homes because the school in that district is a better school. I don't know the solution of that, other than just stop doing that. But then you'd have to deal with the teachers unions who say,no, no, no, we don't want this. It doesn't really make even sense for somebody who's employed by the government to be in a union. For some reason they mean to manage to o hold these governments, you know, hostage
