What Form Did That Take for You?
i spent two hours in the morning turning my detailed notes that i had taken earlier on in the year into something much more stream lined and efficient. I'd have maybe six pages of notes on a topic. And then at the end of the day, i would get out a blank piece of paper and get one of those multi coloured pens. And i would, in one colour a do a mind mack on one page, trying to keep it all onto page. It means the it just seems to sit somewhere in your mind er a bit more deeply.
