The mainstream press has been absolutely gung-ho and united in its stance for what to us, as you said, just a few minutes ago is really depressing war. But for them, it's a delight. It's a chance to deploy all these anti-Soviet and then anti-Russian tropes that they've been saving up for years. And it's sort of kind of the two minutes hate, a kind of orgasmic for them.
