Is M&A the Only Way to Win?

A lot of advisors get caught up in the deal size, right? And what the equity valuation is going to be in multiples. But it really also comes down to, well, you know, am I going to be happy? Am I going to grow as an advisor, as a person or the people around me, do they care about me? And will my business grow quicker? Because I'd much rather go, right, have a 15 or 20% growth rate because I've got the right systems and development and processes in place.
