Is There a Decoupling Between China and America?

Right now, we have a proper decoupling between what you would call the American led West Europe, America together, and China with its soft support for Russia. But how does this all play out? Because our first world, the last 20 years, we had globalization, we had chimerica, it was all going a certain way. Globalization gives small countries an ability to do their thing. And so I wouldn't say that what you're describing is gone, because I think globalization is still going to happen but it's going to be a segmented globalization.
