A few months before the pandemic really happened, I started a new job and was also doing a lot of like online typing stuff on my computer. One day I woke up and I was using my computer and I started feeling a lot of nerve pain in my hands,. Like shooting nerve pains, like pins and needles. And even when I wasn't using my hands, they were hurting all the time. The first step about kind of letting that go is allowing yourself to actually sit with your emotions or moving on from a situation.
