The Founder Psyche

Odin: There's not enough data in one place that tells you which things should we be pattern matching against. And for us, it's not about disintermediating anyone. It's just like, how do we use that to provide tools for people to do their job better? Mary mentioned some of the ideas that you kind of threw around at the start. I want to talk a bit about the founder psyche. We've touched on it on quite a few episodes of writing unicorns, but we've never gone that deep. And I feel like you guys are going to have interesting takes on it and we'll probably enjoy the conversation.
