You can't look without judgment, because the judgments are going to be almost automatic. The labels will be habituated what you do as you look. It's really a matter of sort of ruthless honesty with what a thought is verses what you're actually experiencing with the senses. And i've seen people who are beginners at this, drop into non duality and incredibly quick leas. Not everyone will, but i've seen it happen.
