What's the Rest of the Protein Doing?

Most of the protein that you eat a dozen regid muscle, or at least does not build ito new muscle tissue anyway. Most proteins that we eat be oxidized, so essentially burnt for fuel. 50 % of your protein goes to your gut tissues. And the other 50% e reaches the circulation before it can go to the muscle. Then 20 percent of what the circulation as being a taken up by the muscle. But even up take by the muscle doesn't mean that it's built into muscle.
